Nut-Butter Cheesecake Keto Bites
These are a delicious, no-bake, low-carb, high-fat keto dessert that everyone will just love. I made these for our holiday dessert and everyone just ate them up!
You will need:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1/4 cup Swerve sweetener
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
 - 1/4 cup natural peanut butter (or nut butter of your choice)
 - 3/4 cup Lily’s Sugar Free chocolate chips
 - 2 tsp coconut oil
 
Here's how to do it:
- Mix cream cheese, Swerve, and heavy whipping cream until smooth with a blender.
 - Mix in peanut butter and vanilla extract until fully combined, set aside.
 - Melt chocolate and coconut oil together.
 - Pour into the bottoms only of mini (non-bleached, natural) baking cups.
 - Place a couple spoonfuls of cheesecake fluff into cup and freeze for 15 minutes
 - Top cups with chocolate chips or melted chocolate swirls for decoration.
 - Freeze for 20 minutes covered or refrigerate for 1 hour.
