Magnesium Oil Spray - 2 oz -

Together with Lavender Fine Mist Spray, this pair makes the perfect Better Sleep Bundle. Let's face it; sleep is a hot commodity when we can get it. This fast-paced world just doesn't give up, and we don't wither. Magnesium is a mineral that we're all mostly deficient in. We know it's needed for just about every process in the body. This includes the ability to fall asleep and stay asleep.

Our magnesium flakes come from the salt beds of the Zechstein Sea, and a touch of Lavender 100% essential oil. Our transdermal spray is quickly absorbed through our skin and into our bloodstream, allowing for complete tissue saturation. Apply to your legs and the bottoms of your feet for best results. You can also apply to any painful muscle areas on the back, trunk, arms, legs, or feet.

Lavender Fine Mist Spray - 2oz -

Our Lavender Fine Mist Spray is a room and body spray with a mix of calming lavender essential oil, Tea Tree, and Anxiety Ease Synergy blend essential oil. Lavender is well-known for its calming effects and makes a wonderful sleep spray for your evening routine. I am putting this together with the Magnesium Oil Spray because of the many benefits it will bring you for a much better night’s sleep.

I personally use this set and my sleep has improved by hours! I know you’re going to love this set as much as we do!

Magnesium and Sleep

It’s no secret in order to fall asleep and stay asleep, our body and brain needs to be relaxed. Magnesium helps to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (PNS), known as our rest and digest system. It does this by regulating neurotransmitters which signals the brain and nervous system. Magnesium also regulates the production of the hormone melatonin, that signals our sleep-wake cycle. Maintaining a healthy level of magnesium in the body, supports a deeper, and more restful sleep.

How magnesium impacts sleep.

Magnesium plays a role in sleep by maintaining healthy levels of GABA, a neurotransmitter that promotes sleep. Having low GABA levels can make it very difficult for the body and brain to relax. Difficulty falling asleep, restless sleep, insomnia that’s linked to restless leg syndrome, and waking up frequently throughout the night. These are some of the conditions experienced from having low Mg levels. Maintaining healthy magnesium levels supports the widespread functions of the body to protect our health, including sleep.
