Garlic Sauce with Zoodles

Ingredients:

4-5 garlic cloves, minced

4 cups water with vegetable bouillon

2 cups milk of your choice

2 tablespoons real  (grass-fed) butter

1 cup shredded Italian blend cheese

1/4 cup to 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Italian seasonings to taste

Salt and pepper to taste

2-4 zucchini for noodles (depending on size) or noodles of choice

Directions:

In large saute pan, bring to boil water with vegetable bouillon, garlic, and milk. Add butter and seasonings. Add in zoodles. Cook to desired tenderness. Add in cheeses. Serve with steamed broccoli or chicken (optional).
