Roasted Italian Garbanzo Beans

This is a super easy, super healthy, super fast snack to whip up. Getting more beans in your daily diet promotes weight loss. I hope you love it!

Ingredients:

1 (15 oz) can organic garbanzo beans (or chickpeas)

Organic Extra Virgin Olive oil (spray) to coat

Italian Seasoning

Black Pepper

Himalayan Sea Salt

Red pepper flakes (optional)

1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Parmesan cheese, grated (optional)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse garbanzo beans. Place beans on parchment paper lines baking sheet. Spray beans with olive oil. sprinkle beans with Italian seasoning, pepper and salt and other optional ingredients. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring once. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. You can enjoy them hot or cold. Store in a sealed container in the refridgerator.
