Overnight Oats

Overnight oats are a favorite of mine and my husband. The addition of chia and flax seeds are a great source of magnesium, and the oats do pretty well, too. They’re super easy to make. Just prepare the night before and breakfast is ready when you wake up!

Ingredients

One small mason jar

1/2 cup organic oats (I use quick oats)

1/4 tsp organic cinnamon

1 tsp organic chia seeds

1 tsp flax seeds, optional

1 cup organic vanilla unsweetened almond milk

2 tsp local honey

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mason jar. Put on lid and set in the refrigerator over night. Top with your favorite things like raisins, walnuts, bananas, etc.
